MomCore Fitness
Periodic four week, small group classes designed to help you tighten up that tummy, tone up the pelvic floor, address issues with diastasis recti, tight hip flexors and weak hips, and other issues related to pregnancy and carrying children, both on the inside and in your arms. Whether you were pregnant three months or thirty years ago, this class can help you get your core functioning more effectively and trim up your middle!
